At WILD, we stand behind the quality, fit, and performance of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns for Incorrect Size

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, no stress we offer free returns on size-related exchanges.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached

  • You’ll just need to cover the return shipping back to us

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll send the correct size or issue a store credit if the size is unavailable

💳 Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
All eligible returns will be issued as a store credit, valid for 12 months.

 

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, washed, or with makeup, tan, deodorant or damage

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (underwear, socks)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@wildactive.com.au with your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable
